IMPORTANT NOTE: The Tourist Area and Corridor (TAC) Signage Program evaluates applications based on the TAC Signage Program Guidelines. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
The TAC Program is subject to all Federal, State, County and City/Town regulations. If, during the life of this program, any Acts are passed or Regulations adopted which affect the rights herein granted, the said Acts and Regulations shall be applicable to this program from the date on which they are enacted.
Standard retail establishments, such as grocery stores, hardware stores, pharmacies, bowling alleys, etc. which do not have unique characteristics specific to the state of Maryland, are generally ineligible for the TAC program.
The completion of the application certifies that the attraction is not in an area with local wayfinding signs that would prevent participation in the TAC Program.
