	TO ALL PURCHASERS OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS           
           
           
Gentlemen:           
           
The bid opening for this project is not being changed by this addendum.             
The date is still May 3, 2012.           
           
THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS IN RESPONSE TO A QUESTION SUBMITTED IN            
WRITING.           
           
Q1: On plan sheet no. 11, the pipe schedule shows 30” RCP IV from I-1 to            
MH-1.  The pipe profiles on plan sheet 15 show 24” RCP IV.  Which is            
correct?            
           
A1:  The pipe schedule on plan sheet no. 11 is correct.  The pipe on plan            
sheet 15 is being changed to a 30” RCP IV as part of this addendum.           
           
THE ATTENTION OF PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS IS DIRECTED TO THE FOLLOWING CHANGES            
IN THE INVITATION FOR BIDS AND THE PLANS:

Note:  Bidders are directed to make the following “Pen and Ink” changes            
to the Plans. Corrected sheets will be provided after the Contract is            
awarded.  Bidders must consider the cost of this change in their bid as            
no additional compensation will be provided when this revision is issued            
after award.

11 (DP-01)  In the pipe profile for I-1 to ES-1, change the size of the            
            pile between I-1 and MH-1 from 24” to 30”.           
           
16 (SW-01)  Delete the term “modified” in the bio-swale profile title.           
           
17 (SW-02)  Delete the term “modified” in the bio-swale profile title.           
           
27 (EP-01)  Under the Turfgrass Sod Establishment a quantity block add            
            another location from 9+85.00 to 12+50.00 Rt. with a quantity            
            of 480 SY.  At station 10+00 right, revise the “Seed and            
            Mulch, Same day Stabilization” label to “Turfgrass Sod            
            Establishment, Same day Stabilization”.  Delete the repeated            
            “Same day Stabilization” label at Station 11+00 right.  In            
            the legend at the bottom of the sheet, delete the pattern for            
            “Seed and Mulch, Same day Stabilization”.           
           
32 (EP-06)  In the legend at the bottom of the plans, add a pattern for            
            type “A” soil stabilization matting as shown on plan sheet            
            33. Delete pattern at the bottom of this sheet that extends            
            beyond the border of the plans.           
           
33 (EP-07)  Add “ROP-4” to the 10’ x 10’ Class II Riprap Protection label            
            located at Station 25+30.00 Lt. 					           
           
Please attach this Addendum No. 4 to the front of the Invitation for Bids            
before submitting your bid.             
           
Remove the original above mentioned sheet from the advertised Invitation            
for Bids.  This removed sheet is hereby voided.  Insert and securely            
fasten the attached sheet in its proper sequence.
