To All Purchasers of Contract Documents:           
           
Please be advised that the Bid Opening for this contract is still scheduled for March 3, 2016.           
           
The attention of prospective bidders is directed to the following Contractor questions.           
           
CONTRACTOR QUESTIONS           
           
INCLUDED IN THIS RESPONSE ARE CONTRACTOR QUESTIONS RECEIVED AS OF February 23, 2016.           
           
The following questions were received from plan purchasers.  The responses are provided for clarification to all bidders in bold after the questions:           
           
Q26:	The original IFB contains pages iii thru viii that are labeled for another contract and addendum – AL1234567 – Add. No. 1.  We assume these pages are mislabeled, please confirm or replace as needed.           
           
A26:	Correct, the contract number as displayed in the Table of Contents is mislabeled.  The provided Table of Contents, however, is specific to this projects’ documents.  Please note the correct contract number in your documents as the Table of contents will not be replaced.           
           
Q27:	Addendum No. 8 dated February 18, 2016 was recently added to the website for download.  The first few pages describing the addendum seem to be correct, but all replacement information/pages following the addendum itself are incorrect.  They are not for this contract and they are labeled for another contract – AT0245130.  Please issue the correct pages associated with this addendum.           
           
A27:	Addendum No. 8, including all correct pages, was reloaded to the eMaryland Marketplace on February 22, 2016.           
           
           
Q28:	The bid still contains the original page 346 which states a bid date of November 12, 2015.  While pages are being updated, we would ask this page to be updated as well to reflect the correct, revised bid date of March 3, 2016.           
           
A28:	Page 346, the Proposal State Form Packet, does not need to be updated.  The Bid Opening date shall adhere to what is stated in the latest addendum.
