INCLUDED IN THIS RESPONSE ARE CONTRACTOR QUESTIONS RECEIVED AS OF 02/18/16.           
           
The following questions were received from plan purchasers. The responses are provided for            
clarification to all bidders in bold after the questions:           
           
Q22:	Question and Answer 1, indicated an item would be added for Flowable Fill for            
	abandoned pipes.  As of Addendum No. 6, no such item has been added.           
           
A22:	An item for Flowable Backfill for Pipe Abandonment is being added to the contract            
	via this Addendum No. 8.           
           
Q23:	Question and Answer 5 indicated an item would be added for Mix 2 Concrete for            
	Miscellaneous Structures for a concrete weir wall associated with Microbioretention            
	Structure #3.  As of Addendum No. 6 no such item has been added.           
           
A23:	An item for Mix 1 Concrete for Miscellaneous Structures is being added to the contract            
	in place of Mix 2 Concrete via this Addendum No. 8.           
           
Q24:	Question and Answer 9, indicated an item would be added for 8" PCC Pavement for            
	Driveway and Access Road with Cellular Confinement System.  As of Addendum No. 6            
	neither of these items have been added.           
           
           
CONTRACTOR QUESTIONS (continued)           
           
A24:	An item for Access Road With Cellular Confinement Load Support System and an            
	item for 8 Inch Plain Portland Cement Concrete Pavement Mix 7 are being added to            
	the contract via this Addendum No. 8.           
           
Q25:	Question and Answer 13, indicated Item 5003, 9" Plain PCC Pavement Type 1 Mix No. 9 will            
	be removed from the contract documents, but this item remains in the Schedule of Values. In            
	my opinion, Item 5003 is required to pay for the "slot concrete" in front of the Type A Curb            
	from Station 132+38 to Station 138+25, Lt and Rt of Centerline. This "slot concrete" is used to            
	fill the space between the face of curb and existing pavement edge which is necessary for the            
	slip form mule when the space is less than 4' wide. Incidentally, the stationing for the Type A            
	Curb, right of centerline on Sheet 17 of 64 does not match the plan view stationing and the            
	quantity appears to be about 200' short.           
           
A25:	Item 5003 9 Inch Plain PCC Pavement Type 1 Mix No. 9 is being deleted from the            
	contract documents via this Addendum No. 8.  Please refer to Drawing No. GT-01,            
	Detail K of the Contract Plans for the placement of Type A Curb.  The plan view            
	stationing for the Type A Curb has been modified to match what is listed in the            
	quantity box.  The quantity for Type A Curb has been updated as displayed on            
	Drawing No. PS-06.

YOUR BID, ATTACH THE ADDENDUM RECEIPT VERIFICATION FORM TO THE            
FRONT OF THE PROPOSAL FORM PACKET.  FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT
