has been CANCELLED.            
           
This project is being reexamined to evaluate the current project scope            
related to the project’s purpose and need, and evaluate potential            
associated significant cost savings to the State.           
           
If this contract readvertises, plan purchasers will be notified through            
eMaryland Marketplace.
