2/7/2013Phase 1 was advertised on February 17, 2009.
Bids were opened April 02, 2009.
Notice to Proceed for Construction was November 18, 2009.
Construction for Phase 1 was completed in August 2011

Phase 2 is now in design. The Preliminary Investigation Meeting (30% design completion) was held on May 17, 2011.

The Semi Final Review Meeting (65% design completion) was held on February 14, 2013. The next Milestone Meeting is scheduled for December of 2013.

Advertisement is expected in Spring of 2014.

The Project is not currently funded for construction.
