11/27/2017This project is the second phase of planned corridor improvements along MD 2/4 through Prince Frederick in Calvert County, MD. The Phase II project limits are from Fox Run Boulevard to MD 231(Hallowing Point Road). See the project information page for more details. Phase II is fully funded for design, right-of-way acquisition and construction. The delivery date of the project was extended to incorporate design changes requested by Calvert County. Design is complete and this project advertised on October 24, 2017. Construction is scheduled to begin early Spring 2018. Utility relocations began late Summer 2017.

Phase II is fully funded for design, right-of-way acquisition and construction. The current project was delayed to incorporate design changes per Calvert County's request. Design is approximately 80% complete. This project is slated for advertisement in Fall 2017, with construction to follow in Spring 2018. Utility relocations will begin Summer 2017.

This project is slated for advertisement in Fall 2016, with contruction to follow in Spring 2017.

Design is approximately 55% complete. This project is slated for advertisement in Fall 2016, with contruction to follow in Spring 2017.

The project length is 0.87 miles. See the project information page for more details. At this time, Phase II is fully funded for design and right-of-way acquisition. Design is approximately 45% complete. An informational Public Meeting was held on Wednesday March 11, 2015 at 6:30PM in the Calvert Middle School Cafetera. A newsletter was sent to property owners in the general vicinity of the project; a copy may be downloaded under the Documents section of this page.

The project length is 0.87 miles. See the project information page for more details. At this time, Phase II is fully funded for design and right-of-way acquisition. Design is currently 30% complete. Public outreach will be conducted in Spring 2015, as design continues to move forward. Pending availability of construction funding, advertisement is currently anticipated in the Fall of 2016.
